Does your UK DDP quote include VAT?
VAT treatment depends on the selected channel. The written quote identifies whether import duty and VAT are included or payable separately. We state who handles VAT and any other customs charges in the written quotation so the receiving business can review the full cost before booking.
Can I send a 0.5 kg sample to the UK?
Eligible samples start from 0.5 kg. Send the product description, packed weight and dimensions, destination postcode, and an email or WhatsApp contact. We check the available air or parcel route and quote the applicable minimum and chargeable weight.
Why does a UK courier number show no movement before customs clearance?
The international leg and import clearance may be handled before the parcel is physically handed to the UK courier. A courier label can exist earlier, while public scans begin only after local handover. Ask BEXSTAR with your shipment reference for the latest confirmed departure, arrival, customs or release milestone.
Can you deliver to FBA, a business or a private address?
Yes, where the selected route accepts the goods and postcode. For FBA, share the assigned warehouse code; for a business or private delivery, we check parcel or truck access and any unloading requirements. The exact delivery method is confirmed before booking.
