For replenishment and palletized cargo, we coordinate the ocean leg, clearance and a truck delivery plan for the assigned Amazon facility. Direct port, inland rail and scheduled service options depend on the warehouse code, cargo and current sailing.
Confirm the destination
Share the FBA shipment ID, assigned fulfillment-center code, full delivery address and carton or pallet count.
Prepare the cargo
Review carton labels, pallet configuration, dimensions and product information before dispatch from China.
Book the handover
Match the final truck arrangement and any appointment requirements to the receiving facility.

Samples can start at 0.5 kg, subject to product and carrier acceptance. Send dimensions and product details for a tailored option.
For oversize or palletized cargo, ask us to compare truck delivery instead of assuming parcel acceptance.
US WAREHOUSE REGIONS
Route by warehouse code, not just by state.
These are examples from current channel schedules for planning. The clock starts after vessel sailing and ends at warehouse delivery or carrier handover specified in the quote. China pickup, waiting for sailing, customs exceptions and Amazon receiving are separate stages.
12–19 days
Selected fast services to examples such as ONT8, LGB8 and SBD1. The exact code and sailing decide the quoted window.
23–35 days
Scheduled routes to examples such as OAK3, SMF3 and SCK1. Different service tiers may have different ports and handover plans.
24–42 days
Service choice may involve East Coast sailing or inland connection. Examples include TEB9 and ABE8; confirm the assigned warehouse before booking.
Reference ranges are not a guaranteed delivery date or Amazon inventory check-in time. Midwest, Southeast and other facilities are quoted by warehouse code, current route and delivery requirements.
BEFORE THE TRUCK ARRIVES
Receiving details make the difference.
Amazon assigns the destination in the seller workflow. Please send the latest shipping plan, shipment and box identifiers, labels, pallet specification and any carrier or appointment instructions that apply to this booking. We will review what is needed for the selected service before dispatch.
Can you ship to any FBA warehouse?
We can assess US destinations by assigned code. Acceptance, route and charges depend on the facility and cargo.
Does the transit window include Amazon check-in?
No. The reference ends at the agreed warehouse handover. Receiving and inventory availability are controlled by Amazon.
Why is parcel tracking quiet before US delivery?
A local courier label may begin scanning only after customs clearance and physical handover. Ask BEXSTAR for the confirmed international and clearance milestones meanwhile.
