Can I ship a 0.5 kg sample?
Eligible sample services to Australia and New Zealand start from 0.5 kg. Send the goods description, packed weight and dimensions, destination postcode and email or WhatsApp. The available air or parcel route, billable minimum and product acceptance are confirmed in your quote.
Which works better for FBA or a business address: air or sea?
Air can fit time-sensitive replenishment; sea can suit planned cartons or pallets. The right choice depends on the assigned warehouse, receiving rules, postcode, cargo type and delivery window. We check parcel or truck handover before recommending a route.
How do I follow the shipment before the local carrier scans it?
The international leg, border checks and local carrier handover are separate stages. A last-mile label may show no scans until physical handover. Ask BEXSTAR with your shipment reference for the latest confirmed departure, arrival or customs milestone; we will distinguish confirmed updates from estimates.
