Does the DDP quote include European import VAT?
VAT treatment depends on the country and selected channel. The written quote identifies whether duty and VAT are included or payable separately. The importer, VAT payment or deferral arrangement and any other customs charges must be confirmed in the written quote for the destination country.
Can I send a 0.5 kg sample to Europe?
Eligible sample and air-parcel services start from 0.5 kg. Tell us the goods, packed weight and dimensions, destination country and postcode, and your email or WhatsApp. We check product acceptance, chargeable weight and the available route before quoting.
Will air, sea, rail and road all serve my country?
Availability varies by country, postcode, cargo and the current departure. We compare the eligible modes and the final parcel or truck handover for your specific receiving point rather than assuming every mode serves every address.
Why can the final courier number remain inactive before clearance?
A parcel can travel on a consolidated international route before it is released by customs and handed to the local courier. Public UPS, FedEx or other carrier scans may begin only after physical handover. Give BEXSTAR your shipment reference to request the latest confirmed international or customs milestone.
