Information you provide
When you ask for a shipping quote, we collect your destination country and either your WhatsApp number or email address. You may also provide a postal code, name, shipment weight and dimensions, cargo description, destination type, delivery preference, and other details you choose to include. Please send only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not include passport or ID numbers, payment card or bank details, health information or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
The sample calculator keeps the details you enter temporarily in your browser session so it can prefill the inquiry form. These details are not sent as an inquiry until you review and submit that form.
How we use the information
We use inquiry information to contact you, clarify shipment requirements, assess customs-clearance feasibility, prepare a tailored quote and follow up about that inquiry. We do not send inquiry contact details or cargo information to partner logistics agents or carriers for quotation. Where applicable rules permit, we may occasionally contact you about your future shipping plans or relevant BEXSTAR services, respect your recorded preference and provide a way to opt out. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing.
The inquiry form asks for a destination country and optionally a postal code; it does not ask for a full delivery address. If you place a shipping order, we may request the recipient name, full delivery address, telephone number and delivery instructions needed to arrange the shipment. Only after an order is placed, we provide the minimum consignee and delivery details needed to the customs broker, destination handling partner, warehouse and last-mile carrier or truck delivery company involved in that shipment, where applicable. This may include UPS, FedEx, DPD or DHL depending on the booked service. We do not provide recipient details to logistics partners at the inquiry stage.
Our basis for handling an inquiry
Where UK or EU data-protection rules apply, we rely on our legitimate interests to respond to business inquiries, prepare requested quotes and maintain relevant customer relationships, subject to your rights and interests. Where an individual asks us to take steps before entering a contract with them, that basis may also apply. Optional promotional contact will be assessed separately under applicable marketing rules, with any required choice and a way to opt out.
Where the information goes
A submitted inquiry is sent from the website to our quote mailbox at quotes@bexgl.com and is accessible to authorized BEXSTAR staff for follow-up. Hostinger provides our website hosting and Hostinger Email and processes technical and message data as needed to deliver those services. Hostinger and its service providers may process the mailbox data in the regions where they operate; Hostinger has not identified a mailbox-specific primary or backup storage country to us. Its Data Processing Addendum covers Email Services. We do not sell inquiry information.
Authorized BEXSTAR staff in Yiwu, China may access inquiries from customers outside China to respond and prepare quotes. The development website is hosted in the United States. The precise primary and backup storage countries of our Hostinger Email mailbox have not been confirmed by Hostinger. Contact us for more information about applicable international data-handling arrangements.
How long we keep inquiries
For inquiries that do not become orders, retention depends on whether the inquiry is still active, the follow-up you have requested, and whether the correspondence is needed to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation. We do not currently operate a fixed, automated deletion period. You can ask us to review or delete your inquiry information at any time. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes is subject to deletion or anonymization. For booked shipments, we keep shipment records, customs documents, invoices and related transaction information only as long as needed to perform the service, handle potential disputes and meet applicable legal, regulatory, customs and tax requirements. The period depends on the record and jurisdiction. When the applicable period ends, or when a valid deletion request can be honored because no further retention is required, we delete or anonymize the personal information.
Technical information and cookies
Our website host may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested page and browser details. Necessary WordPress or hosting cookies may be used for site operation. We will update this notice if we activate optional analytics or marketing technology.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us about the personal information connected to your inquiry or request correction or deletion by emailing quotes@bexgl.com. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. If you have concerns about our response, you may contact the data-protection authority applicable to you.
