How is billable weight calculated for air parcels?

We compare the packed actual weight with dimensional weight and use the higher figure. Dimensional weight in kilograms is length × width × height in centimetres, divided by the applicable channel factor. Selected air-DDP services use 6,000; express services may use 5,000. For a 50 × 40 × 30 cm carton, that is 10 kg at 6,000 or 12 kg at 5,000. We confirm the factor, minimum billable weight and rounding for your selected service in the written quote.

What is the maximum parcel size for the US or Europe?

There is no single limit for every air-DDP or express route. The longest side, other sides, length plus girth and weight limits depend on the selected channel, final carrier and destination. Send the packed dimensions and actual weight of each piece; we will check acceptance and whether a parcel or truck service fits before booking.

What if I have an FBA code but no full delivery address yet?

Share the assigned FBA code, destination country, goods and estimated carton details. We can start reviewing the route; the final receiving instructions and shipment documents are confirmed before dispatch.
