For Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) inbound inventory, we coordinate China pickup, ocean freight and a scheduled truck delivery to the facility shown in your inbound request. The platform-assigned address and current receiving instructions decide the final plan.

We review the cargo at origin, select the suitable sailing and plan clearance plus final truck handover. This is for inbound stock going into an FBT facility, not parcel fulfillment from a seller’s own US warehouse. Pallet configuration, receiving appointment and the latest inbound request are checked before dispatch.
Origin coordination
Collect from one or more Chinese suppliers, check carton counts and photograph the prepared load when requested.
Ocean movement
Confirm vessel plan, cargo acceptance and customs documentation against the shipment and destination.
Truck handover
Arrange the receiving slot and deliver palletized freight to the warehouse assigned in the FBT inbound request.
DESTINATION COVERAGE
New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia are examples, not a fixed warehouse list.
Current channel examples cover Northeast, Midwest and Southeast facilities. For selected scheduled ocean-and-truck services, planning references are approximately 32–40 days from after vessel sailing to warehouse handover. A different warehouse, sailing or service tier can change the window.
China pickup and pre-sailing consolidation are outside this reference. Customs exceptions, appointment availability and TikTok’s receiving or shelving time are separate. We confirm the exact start and end points in the written quotation.
FBT INBOUND READINESS
Make the arrival acceptable before the truck is booked.
TikTok’s FBT guidance requires carton labels and, for palletized truck freight, pallet labels and a delivery appointment linked to the inbound request. The platform currently describes truck delivery as palletized. We will check the current FBT instructions with your shipment before confirming the delivery method. Review TikTok’s inbound guidance.
What should I send first?
The FBT inbound request, assigned address, item and carton details, pallet count, dimensions and target receiving date.
Is warehouse handover the same as sellable inventory?
No. Truck arrival, facility receipt and final shelving are different milestones controlled by the platform.
Can I send small parcels instead?
Possibly, when the platform and product accept it. Parcel delivery follows a different handover process from palletized truck freight.
