WALMART WFS · CHINA TO USA

Ocean freight built for the assigned Walmart facility.

Move inventory from Chinese suppliers to a Walmart Fulfillment Services destination with an ocean and truck delivery plan. We check the ship-to facility, cargo, sailing and receiving requirements before quoting.

DISCUSS A WFS SHIPMENT

SEA FREIGHT + TRUCK DELIVERY

A delivery plan that reaches beyond the port.

For palletized or larger replenishment loads, we coordinate China-side pickup and consolidation, the ocean leg, clearance and scheduled final truck delivery. The delivery address in your Walmart shipping plan determines the final route. If your inventory has several suppliers, ask us to combine the cargo before export.

01

Start with the shipping plan

Send the assigned facility, inbound order or shipment ID, full address and planned delivery date.

02

Check the physical load

Share product type, cartons, pallets, dimensions and total weight so we can confirm routing and truck acceptance.

03

Coordinate the receiving slot

For freight deliveries, the carrier appointment and receiving labels must be ready before the truck arrives.

US REGIONAL PLANNING

Choose by the actual WFS destination.

Current channel examples include West Coast, New Jersey, Georgia and Midwest facilities. These are planning references, not a public rate card or guaranteed schedule.

WEST COAST

California

Examples include SMF1. Confirm the latest facility code and appointment rules in your shipping plan.

EAST COAST

New Jersey

Examples include NJ3. Selected routes may use a direct East Coast sailing or an inland connection.

SOUTHEAST & MIDWEST

Georgia · Illinois

Examples include ATL1 and ORD1S. Warehouse code, sailing and truck capacity determine the quoted service.

Where a transit window is quoted, we define its start and end explicitly. Ocean warehouse references typically begin after vessel sailing and end at delivery to the assigned facility; platform receiving and inventory availability follow separately.

PREPARE FOR THE HANDOVER

Reduce receiving surprises before dispatch.

Walmart’s WFS process calls for a shipping plan, item and receiving labels, and an appointment for freight deliveries using your own carrier. We review the relevant instructions with you and align the truck handover with the confirmed facility. See Walmart’s inbound guidance.

Can you deliver to other Walmart facilities?

Yes, subject to route and receiving review. Send the assigned code rather than selecting a facility from a static list.

Does truck delivery mean stock is available for sale?

No. Truck arrival and the platform’s receiving or check-in are different milestones.

Bring us the facility code. We will map the move.

Share destination, product, cartons or pallets and a contact email or WhatsApp. We will reply with an appropriate route and written scope.

YOUR QUOTE, EXPLAINED

Confirm the cost. Understand the timeline.

Taxes and delivery: your written quote identifies whether import duty, applicable VAT/GST/HST or other taxes, clearance and final delivery are included or payable separately, and who is responsible. Coverage depends on the country, channel and shipment. Do not assume that a service label includes every charge.

Transit estimates: website ranges are planning references, not guaranteed dates. Use the start point, endpoint and working-day or calendar-day basis stated for that service; if any is not specified, confirm it in the quote. Carrier handover is not final delivery. Marketplace delivery is not confirmation that inventory is available for sale.
