Tell us your supplier’s city and cargo details. Pickup can be arranged in these locations and other major Chinese cities, subject to address, cargo and service confirmation.

Know what is ready before it leaves China.

Tell us what to compare with your order: product description, quantity, carton count, markings and any agreed visual checkpoints. We can arrange photos of the goods, outer cartons and labels, then flag visible discrepancies for your decision before the next agreed step.

For mixed products, share a packing list that identifies each SKU and carton. If you need measurements or sample checks, agree the scope in advance. Visual and quantity checks are different from laboratory testing, technical certification or a full product-quality audit; tell us if those specialist checks are required.

Prepare each carton for its destination.

We can coordinate carton labeling, relabeling, packing and repacking against your written instructions. For marketplace inventory, provide the current shipment plan, the correct product and carton labels, carton contents and the assigned receiving address before work begins.

Confirm whether old labels need to be covered or removed, how mixed SKUs should be separated, and whether pallets or additional protection are needed. Packing materials and handling work are included only where agreed in the quotation. Photos can help you review the agreed preparation before dispatch.

Bring different suppliers into one shipment plan.

Send a supplier-by-supplier collection list with pickup addresses, cargo-ready dates, cartons and packed measurements. We review whether the goods can travel together and coordinate receiving, storage and consolidation around the intended dispatch.

When suppliers are ready on different dates, decide whether to hold the full shipment or send partial loads. Storage period, receiving arrangements, handling charges and release instructions should be agreed before delivery to the receiving facility. Goods with batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, regulated contents or special handling needs require advance review.

Accurate cargo details support a clear export plan.

Prepare a commercial invoice and packing list with accurate product descriptions, quantities, values and material or intended-use information where relevant. Share product specifications and any available permits or certificates so the declaration arrangements can be reviewed for the booked service.

We coordinate compliant export preparation in China with the parties handling the shipment. The exporter, importer, declaration responsibilities and required documents depend on the trade and transport arrangement. Import duty, destination taxes, clearance and delivery inclusions are confirmed in writing for the selected channel.

One workflow from collection to handover.

1. Share the plan. Provide supplier locations, cargo details, packed weight and dimensions, destination and required receiving date.

2. Confirm the scope. Agree collection, checks, photos, labels, packing, storage and the suitable international transport option.

3. Prepare and release. Review any discrepancies, provide the final documents and give clear dispatch instructions.

4. Coordinate delivery. Confirm the warehouse code or full address, postcode, appointment requirements, receiving hours and unloading arrangements. For platform warehouses, delivery and inventory check-in are separate milestones.
