WHY BEXSTAR EXISTS
A sale is only
the beginning.
In 2018, BEXSTAR began in Yiwu through cross-border trade. Working between suppliers in China and buyers overseas gave us a close view of both sides of a shipment: the seller waiting for payment and dispatch, and the buyer depending on goods arriving ready for the next step.
We saw how a gap between buying and delivery could become a business problem. Unclear cargo information, changes to transport plans and uncertainty around customs or the final handover could leave both parties trying to piece together the same shipment.
The pandemic years brought those concerns into sharper focus. Reliability meant more than finding space on a vessel or aircraft. It meant preparing the goods properly, understanding the documents and helping customers work through changes.
In 2022, we made cross-border logistics and supply chain coordination our professional focus. Our trading experience still shapes how we work: start with what the customer needs to sell, receive or replenish, then build the shipment around it.

We want to build on what trade taught us: the customer needs a workable plan for the whole shipment. Our focus is on connecting supplier readiness, cargo preparation, documentation and transport decisions so they support the delivery requirement.
That includes practical support in China — from collection and photos to checks, labels and packing — and clear communication about what the booked service covers. The aim is to help customers make informed decisions as their business grows.
For China-based marketplace sellers, importers and growing brands, the next shipment may be a sample order, a replenishment load or a full container. We start with that need, then review the eligible route and receiving arrangements.
